With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Marc Morgan has dedicated his life to the art of homebuilding. Learning the craft from his parents, Louis and Sue Morgan, founders of Morgan Homes, Marc began his journey by working a different trade each summer—gaining firsthand knowledge of every phase of construction, from the foundation up.
That early experience instilled a deep respect for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, values that continue to define Morgan Homes today. Marc’s personal involvement in each project ensures every home reflects the integrity, functionality, and timeless design the company is known for.
A resident of Edmond, Oklahoma, Marc remains deeply rooted in his community and passionate about carrying forward his family’s legacy—building homes that stand the test of time and relationships that last just as long.

Mitzi leads the Morgan Homes office with expertise in administration, marketing, and client relations. As both a seasoned REALTOR® and a visionary business leader, she bridges the gap between real estate, design, and construction with seamless precision. Assisting Marc throughout every phase of the building process, Mitzi provides detailed guidance on design selections, timelines, and budgets—ensuring each client’s experience is as smooth as it is inspiring.
With her real estate background, Mitzi also helps clients sell their existing homes while their new custom home is being built and locate ideal land or lots for future builds—making the transition effortless from start to finish. Marc assists clients in identifying the perfect location for their dream home by evaluating land and lot suitability—considering topography, soil conditions, and architectural potential long before construction begins.

In 1972, Sue and Louis Morgan founded Morgan Homes with a shared vision to build timeless homes that blend craftsmanship, innovation, and family values. Together, they built a reputation for excellence—rooted in integrity, attention to detail, and hands-on dedication to every project.
Their work on the Edmond Women’s Club 10th Anniversary Show Home, beautifully designed by Brent Gibson, stands as a reflection of their legacy—a perfect harmony of artistry and architecture that continues to inspire the next generation of builders.
